** ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE GROWN IN THE CURRENT YEAR. PREVIOUS YEAR SAMPLES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. **

HAY: Baled Hay to be exhibited as a slice of approximately 10 inches of the bale, to be placed in a clear plastic bag. Please do not bring full bales.

GRAIN: The quantity of grain to be exhibited is 15 pounds. Sheaves must be six inches at bands for corn sections only. A tag must be attached to all grain exhibits stating the name of the variety.

All exhibit registration will be done through Assist Expo which can be done in advance by the exhibitor or at the time of the exhibit drop off.

Exhibit drop off is from 6-9pm on Thursday, October 6th and from 8-10am on Friday, October 7th. All exhibits must be at the Hall by 10am on Friday, October 7th to be considered for judging.

Exhibits Removal: The Exhibits Hall will be closed at 3:30pm on Monday. Exhibits will be available at 4:30pm for pick up. Closing ceremonies will take place on the Outdoor Stage at 4pm.
